Andy O'Dower

Andy is one of the most hard-working, mature, intelligent and just all-around likable guys I have ever had the good fortune of working with. Andy joined my Old Navy team and jumped in immediately - taking over large national productions and managing extremely demanding clients, all while maintaining the integrity of the creative work. He quickly caught on to Crispin culture and was a favorite of all departments for his ability to act quickly and decisively, and his ever-present 'grace under fire' style. His business savvy side was a huge plus to his agency team, and he is also a great mentor and manager. Any company would be extremely fortunate to have Andy on board. I look forward to working with him again some day!

Andy is my current business partner...so anything I say will be viewed as self-promoting fluff. However, Andy is great to work with and is the driving force behind our burgeoning company. He is a fantastic blend of innovative and calculating, which has been invaluable to our start-up. In high school he missed two days per week...now he's working weekends till 2am.

Merging two teams is often very difficult due to the different demands each team is facing. Andy was always extremely professional and detail oriented when managing our marketing projects and made the collaboration a pleasure. He was easily my favorite partner at CP+B and we were all sad to see him leave the team. I am confidant that Andy will be a huge asset where ever he is and always a pleasure to work with.
