Nizar is the consummate professional. He was very instrumental in streamlining the technical effort on the client engagement. I have worked with Nizar in same project. He is a very detail oriented, tech savvy person. He has a good hold on his work. He not only loves to keeps himself updated with latest technologies but at the same time is also a fast learner. Working with him was really a nice experience.

I worked with Nizar on a 2-year rewrite project based on the Microsoft .NET platform. Our objectives included creating a new framework for supporting the development of "apps" for the company's financial services platform, as well as writing one of the first "apps" to take advantage of the new framework. Nizar was awesome to work with; the kind of guy that worked hard, brought a lot of great ideas to the table, did things right the first time, and didn't hesitate to work extra when needed. He was extremely well liked by everyone on the team, and was not only easy to get along with but we also had a lot of fun! Bottom line: I would hire Nizar again anytime without hesitation. I hope we get the chance to work together again some day:)

Nizar is one of the only technical staff able to solve gnarly coding problems across the whole stack. We worked together for 18 months on a project where he designed frameworks and built apps from ORM through WPF. Whenever there was an issue requiring debugging across the stack, Nizar got the call. He fixed show stopping performance issues and built intricate controls for solving date and currency data entry problems. At the end of the project, when it came time to transition the codebase, Nizar developed the training curriculum then delivered it to much praise from the team.

In hindsight it's clear to me, that the project could not have succeeded without Nizar's contribution.

Nizar knows IT and learned out technology stack in a very short time. He was able to provide us with immediate results on some of our most complex projects. He works well with non-IT people as well as the full IT team members including networking and the DBAs. Once I handed a project off to Nizar I knew it was going to be done on time and correctly.
