Nitin has 17+ years of experience as a banker, hedge fund analyst, and CFO, and has deep operational, fundraising, and M&A exposure in growth and turnaround situations. He has led the finance departments as a CFO at multiple VC and PE-backed businesses with revenues ranging from $5 to $500 million. Nitin has structured and negotiated complex equity and debt financing as well as M&A transactions.

Over the past year, Nitin has served as the Interim CFO to seven companies (two SaaS, two AI, two eCommerce, and one aerospace); he has worked on the sale of two businesses (one closed), a $37 mm Series B financing, and on the acquisition of two companies as well the post-merger integration.
