Social media might be my biggest passion, but I won't overcomplicate it. From working with me, you get killer content strategies, creative promotional ideas, and detailed analytics.
I've managed social media for agencies, big business, small business, not-for-profits, associations, lobby campaigns, job seekers, students, and teachers. My specialities are strategy, content marketing and digital reputation management.
In organising Brisbane Twestival, one of the world’s first in a string of combined global charity events, Nicole's ability to bring together a seamless, well organised event in a matter of weeks was nothing short of phenomenal. Nicole coordinated not just an outstanding lineup of performers and artists, but was also instrumental in securing a list of notable sponsors, whose various contributions helped build the event’s profile. Her people management skills also brought together a diverse group of volunteers, who she expertly managed in producing a completely professional event that was attended by hundreds of people, and entirely successful in its aim: to raise enough money for charity:water to build at least one well in an underdeveloped country. I highly recommend Nicole as an event manager who will deliver an exceptional event on every occasion.
Nicole showed energy, creative thought, teamwork and focus in bringing together the Brisbane Twestival in a record-breaking time - a time that I personally thought could not be achieved. By all accounts the Twestival was a complete success; I remain impressed by Nicole's positive attitude and willingness to do what needs to be done to achieve success.
I have no hesitation in endorsing Nicole's work for the Brisbane Twestival.
Nicole was an extremely valuable member of the Twestival Event Team, without her there would have been no Twestival.
I attended Brisbane Twestival - supporting charity: water - which Nicole, Greg, Kate and others worked hard on, and the event was very successful.
The venue appeared difficult to work with, but the setup was well designed and managed. The bands and performances were local and well-chosen. A number of the sponsors donated significant time and value to the event. All-in-all a professional and passionate display of the event team's work, of which Nicole was a core part.
Getting me and others who are leaders in their respective fields to donate effectively half a day to address a group of students demonstrated not only Nicole Jensen's powers of persuasion and organisation. The way she engaged my support demonstrated her ability to use the new social media to great effect: she knows how to use technology well that others just talk about using. A can-do person you want in your organisation.
Nicole displayed considerable resourcefulness and flexibility in obtaining speakers for the COTAH Events conference series 2008, and in my business dealings with her has demonstrated a professional approach and a deep level of understanding of the business requirements of an events.
Nicole is sharp and focussed, demonstrating an engagement and passion for her work that is absolutely positive to work with. I have no doubt that Nicole can assist any business in whatever role she puts herself forward for.

Nicole is very internet savvy and I have consulted her mutliple times for help with social networking. Nikki is on the pulse of current events and social media trends and is always happy to share her knowledge. Her passion for the social media means that she excels in the field of internet publicity. I have also interviewed her for lip magazine about how she used the internet to help her to found Brisbane knitting group The Knitte Committee and she is very approachable and easy to work with.
Nicole is a dedicated student who pays attention to detail. She demonstrates maturity and understanding of complex topics and works well with little supervision. Nicole has shown both leadership abilities and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
Nicole takes the time to get to know who she will be working with and the individual business needs. This information is then collated with her vast knowledge of social media and presented in an easy to understand format of great benefit to any prospective client. Nicole gives more than is required and her work is constantly of a very high standard.
I had the pleasure of working together with Nicole on a daily basis during her time as a Social Media Specialist at BCM Partnership. She is focused and dedicated to producing the best outcomes at all times. She lives and breathes social media and is an expert in developing efficient and creative strategies for her clients. Also I was very impressed with her copywriting skills. She has shown that she is able to handle precarious situations with poise and competence while acting fast and always finding the right answer to tricky questions. I would also like to point out that Nicole is extremely honest and dedicated to her projects. I highly recommend Nicole and would be very happy to work with her again.
While I had only just known Nikki at that point, and so didn't get to see most of the work she did (I arrived at International House just before Soiree), I found that she was very thorough and dedicated to the cause of publicizing Soiree in as many ways as possible. She made sure there were a team of Flag Girls and Coloured Men (mascots) promoting Soiree any chance we got, and she even managed to score free publicity through the Brisbane CityCat's 4U.TV. She is still regarded highly for her work - in fact, she has been called in by this year's Soiree team as a publicity consultant. If you need a bright young woman who's down to earth and driven, get Nikki!
