Very happy with the call, Nicolay is generous with his advice and focused on the questions I had. I am launching an organic wellness wear line for spas. Nicolay has an extensive experience in the spa industry, as well as an organic clothing business, a perfect set of expertise for me.

We worked with Nicolay primarily on the resubmittal process for the Major Use Permit for Avalon Springs. He shepherded that process through the core council, providing very direct answers to complicated questions. He was quick to respond to concerns, usually with "actionable" direction. "Looks good, please submit to county." "Please run this past the planning consultant for her input," etc. He organized many of the meetings between county reps/citizen groups and Avalon. He is a take charge person, with a good focus on getting the job done.

Working with Nicolay was a terrific experience during a very difficult time for our business. He delivered worst case scenarios with both solutions and inspiration. His expertise brought the best levels of performance out of my team and further developed my leadership skills.

I also had the honor of attending one of his workshops in Costa Rica.
