Identifying A/B testing opportunities, plus general funnel friction across devices and browser types. Incrementally increasing your site CVR well have a significant impact to your bottom-line, and assist in making other marketing efforts more efficient. Do you see a higher CVR for iOS than Android? or visa-versa? Are you seeing a high add to cart (ATC) rate, but low checkout rate post ATC? Checkout functionality will behave differently across all devices, so it's important to have a macro and micro level view into you conversion funnel.
I will help identify friction, testing opportunities and assist in overall execution of funnel enhancements or A/B testing.
