Hi, I’m Navya, a counselling psychotherapist with a passion for mental wellness. With experience of 2 years with young adults, I offer CBT, Mindfulness, Kaizen technique, trauma focused and life skills. Currently, I work closely with students, working professionals and couples.
My focus areas include anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, whether in-person or through virtual sessions, because that's what therapy mean to be.
