Parenting/Relationships

Relationships are an integral part of our lives. Sometimes those relationships are challenging due to circumstances, fears, or uncertainties. I think making the most of relationships to not only help the relationship flourish, but to also access the vital components of what makes a person imperative to that relationship, is essential to our very being. Parenting, co-parenting, divorce, dating, etc. these are all areas in which I want to help someone be successful in.

Health Coaching

I am currently in the tail end of my Health Coaching certification through the American Council on Exercise. I am a fitness enthusiast, devout wellness consultant, and believer in the concept that this is our one shot at getting the most out of this life-so why not make the decisions to live happier and healthier?!

I have a decade of experience within the mental health field. I am an expert in behavior modification, stress management, wellness, self-esteem, finding and manifesting purpose, and getting the most out of life.
