My career has focused on taking the noise out of the system of startups to make the revenue engine hum like a performance racing car. I received my Bachelor's Diploma from Santa Clara University in 1999, started working full time as a sophomore in university in 1997, continued my career for a French software security startup in late 2000, joined a $200 Million Israeli software company named Mercury Interactive in late 2002 (which existed to HP for $5 Billion), continued to a series of startups in Silicon Valley, Israel and Europe for ten years (Corporate Executive Board, ClickTale, nanoRep, Appsee, Toonimo, deep.bi) and am now a co-founder of mingle Gets You a Job. The way I have worked these past three years as an advisor is to help startups identify all the blockages to revenue, take tactical steps on certain parts of the conversion funnel to drive higher conversion rates, elevate the value proposition to push for a higher ASP (Average Sales Price), engage existing customers to drive a consistent up-sell and align the product roadmap to revenue pipeline from sales and market requirements.
