Having been the overall responsible for the success of the Product in the companies I've been involved with, I've spend a lot of time understanding how to properly "manage" the Product and the people involved in building it. I've dedicated myself to understanding Agile & Lean and more importantly, how to introduce it into an organisation. I would really love to share my experiences and learnings.

I joined the first startup after working as a developer in large corporations and freelancing for several years. Turns out I thrive better in start-ups; the pace is much faster, challenges are bigger, personal growth is super-charged and the politics are almost non-existent. I’m a 2 times start-up / scale-up SaaS CTO and Product leader. In my first CTO gig at an early-stage product-led startup, I grew the Product & Tech department from 3 to 30+ people and was part of growing the top-line revenue by 2400% within 3 years. Now I head up Product and Tech as the CTO and Product Leader at Dreaminfluencers - focusing on building high-performing teams and getting the Product right to win the market.
