I recently had the pleasure of experiencing one of Monika Becker's Reflect & Connect sessions. My expectations were turned upside down by the session in a most surprising and delightful way. While I was not conscious of this when I arrived, my considerable experience with a few Life & Business Coaches in the past 5 years had me thinking I knew what I was coming to. I was wrong.
