Building an Agile Marketing Team With Kanban or Scrum

For the past 5 years, I have been working with internal marketing teams within corporates as well as marketing organizations on running their complex projects in a Lean and Agile way. I have described this process in my ebook "Lean and Agile Marketing with Kanban" referencing use cases from my work with international organizations as well as my own marketing team, while I worked for a SaaS solution for Lean and Agile teams.
