I was working at Truworths. I was awarded Certificates for Customer Service Skills and Sales and Merchandising. There was once a lady that came in the store looking for an outfit for an interview that was not so expensive and wich she can wear even after that day. I chose 4 of the best outfits that were affordable, she fitter them all and loved the second outfit. She was happy and even gave me a compliment.
