My career has been shaped by a deep expertise in global shared services, including order to cash (O2C) and procure to pay (P2P) processes, strategy, supply chain management, logistics, and sales.
Currently, I serve as the Customer Service Manager for Oceania at Robert Bosch Australia, where I've had the opportunity to lead strategic and operational customer service initiatives that have significantly enhanced customer satisfaction and improved operational metrics. My time in South East Asia, where I held senior leadership roles, provided me with invaluable international experience, allowing me to guide multicultural teams through business operations and complex transformation projects.
After returning to Australia in 2018, I took on the role of leading Sales Operations for Australia and New Zealand at Siemens. In this position, I was responsible for national customer service, driving market growth in South East Asia, and securing key contracts that were crucial for regional expansion.
