I'm the guy employees come to whenever something is good, bad or ugly. I recruited and managed superstar teams on three separate occasions:
1) A founding team on an equity and token sharing basis (no fiat) using just Angel List and Linkedin. The team consisted of a tenured investment banker turned cryptoeconomist, three engineering polymaths with 40+ years of experience combined, an ex project leader at BCG, a VP of marketing @ Citi, and a designer who's also a judge on the CSS Awards.
2) A fully remote sales team consisting of fractional Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives, with super aggressive quotas.
3) A 40-person engineering team building agile, full stack applications, in tandem with a 10-person strategy, design, and marketing team, with a 97% on-time and on-budget rate and 94% employee retention.
