• Processed Corporate Action events and such as: automatic bonus, capital gain, compensation fee, drawings, early redemption, choice dividend, cash dividend, merger, fungibility (exchange offer), mandatory exchange, stock split, consent, dividend reinvestment, tender offer, right distribution, subscription offer stock dividend, put option, conversion, and spin off.
• Responsible for managing and controlling high levels of risk and liability inherent in the various functions.

• Worked with multiple Bank of New York Mellon systems such as CMS, Mellon Cascade, Alliance Swift and Euclid PC Services to perform corporate action processing.
• Created announcements, sending client instructions to third parties, and posting online cash and security transactions, currency movements, and foreign exchanges. Performed currency movement on multiple currencies.
• Responsible for performing daily reconciliations for cash, security and suspense transactions as well as adhering to established quality control measures and procedures.
• Interacted daily with clients/Investment Managers, sub-custodians from several different countries, depositories, agents, brokers, and other internal business groups including the Securities Lending team.
