Miles is an incredilbe thinker and truly one of the smartest people I know. He is a joy to work with and is truly a team player when it comes to leading a group. He is a thinker, and he is always looking at ways to improve the work that he is doing for his clients and colleagues. I knew Miles was the right person to lead UX at Telligent shortly into the interview process. He's passionate about his job designing intrinsically social user experiences because he's also very into the study of human behavior, ethnography, and social sciences. I love that he's also making the design process itself a more social experiences by capturing well rounded viewpoints before finalizing on a concept. He approaches big challenges with a positive attitude and is a great person to work with.
