Prior to his professional life and executive coach, Michael founded companies in the event marketing and intercultural communication industries. He has spoken at institutions such as Yale, Wharton Business School, NYU, University of Illinois, Boston College, and Hult International Business School. He lived as an expat in Suzhou, China, studied abroad in Hong Kong and has traveled to over 30 countries. Prior to beginning his entrepreneurial journey, he was a manager of two facilities at Dean Foods, a Fortune 500 company. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
