Winning Complex Sales
Created 10 years ago in Sales & Marketing / Sales & Lead Generation

Are you trying to sell to a hospital, large corporation, colleges or to the government?
These would all be defined as a 'complex sale' as they typically involve multiple people with different roles in the decision and sometimes across multiple organizations.
I think I would qualify as somewhat of an expert on the topic of complex sales - having led and won some of the largest and most talked about complex sales in the world - military jet fighters to foreign allies of the U.S.
I have competed against countries (the French with their Mirage Jet, the Russians with their MiG, and the UK with their Grippen) and won - multiple times.
As you might expect consistent winning required a process. I teach that process as well as advise companies on their sales strategy for any given campaign.
Do you have a complex sale in the works? I'd be glad to take a look at your sales (win) strategy - identify any holes - devise ways to enhance your likelihood of winning.
