Provided remote/direct Operations Support, Avionics, and SE Sustainment; acting as a Liaison between 20 field support engineers, multiple SMEs and 12 Item Managers, coordinating with engineering and logistics personnel spread over 13 field testing and operational sites. International military and governmental support experience, supporting foreign military sales to 6 partner nations. Responsible for 5 years of F-35 support equipment program development, dictating the direction of how aircraft maintenance is best supported in both CONUS and austere environments by taking direct control for the cradle-to-grave management of a wide ranging product line that includes egress-centric support equipment and pilot flight equipment (PFE) as well as support equipment design, sourcing, and development.
Most recently responsible for multiple avionics aftermarket programs spread the over Defense, BA/GA, and Commercial aviation sectors with contracts totaling over $600MM over 7 years, including nearly 3000+ individual part numbers (consisting of radar systems, fuel computers, auto-pilots, radios, transponders, displays, and power generators over multiple platforms). Team consists of 10 direct reports, consisting of product line analysts, program managers, customer support and supply chain contributors. Designed 6 digital marketing campaigns, conducted 4 contact signings, and saved nearly 4MM over 2 years in various projects to increase efficiency and reduce overhead.
