I have built customer operations teams from scratch. I was the 3rd employee at my first startup and responsible for "everything customer". I grew existing customer revenue >10x and built a 60+ person customer ops team to support 100+ high touch customers. In addition, I started the first global account management team that was responsible for growing revenue within existing customers. I can quickly analyze customer situations and enable teams focus on what truly matters for customers and how to go about cracking the door open. I started my early career in finance and operations at GE and then Cisco.
