As a serial entrepreneur with significant experience in business/product development, PR/marketing, and fundraising, I can help you with most challenges impacting your startup.

If you company is relatively new and not yet exposed to a lot of people, change it for whatever reason you have. However, if your name is already a "brand" to an important group of people be very careful. Even if your name is narrow and doesn't "cover" all your offerings, or if you have come up with a much "better" name, it's expensive to change it and can ultimately alienate existing customers and stakeholders. I always advise fellow entrepreneurs to spend a significant amount of time upfront, before launching their business, and then never look back.
If you're in a rush, launch your campaign asap. The closer to Christmas you get, the less attention people will direct at crowdfunding opportunities. If you are not in a rush, I would launch your campaign between March and July - there seems to be more activity during this period. Of course, my advice also depends on your product. If it's relevant for this seasonality (e.g. New Year's resolutions), the timing couldn't be better. Think about how that can possibly be leveraged.
I would call hotel managers directly. Pitch them why they should spend 10 minutes with you on the phone, while you fill out their answers manually. If you already know some hotel managers, ask them to introduce you to a few more. Give them something in return like a free subscription to your new, upcoming service (if relevant) or a free iPod. Forget about requesting feedback via social networks - it's difficult to get the attention of strangers for something like this, and you will never learn the nuances unless you're in a conversation with them. Personal relationships works better in this case. My 2 cents.
Mickey is a enrolling initiator and commited to and successful in getting things done.

Mickey is a human locomotive, energizing anything and anybody around him.
Mickey Beyer-Clausen is an extraordinary business visionary. I have been consistently impressed with his solid sense of purpose, his creative vision and his ability to deliver.
Every few years, you meet someone that is incredibly ambitious, creative, productive, generous, and child-like in their enthusiasm. Mickey is the rare person with this optimal matrix of strengths. He thinks big and his vitality is contagious. But more importantly, he is able to translate visionary ideas into concrete projects that quickly come to fruition. Under Mickey's leadership, a style that supports autonomy and innovation, we finished the rough draft of a new web-based platform in less than a week. In that same week, we became close friends.
Without hesitation, I would alter my schedule and priorities to collaborate again. I suspect we will be working and playing for the remainder of my years. In order to keep his wizardry to myself, part of me hopes that everyone ignores this recommendation.
