I built my own startup into a multimillion pound company using a variety of sources of funding through its 20 years. I have experience of angel investing, commercial mortgages, invoice discounting, international trade finance, equity placement, vendor finance and more. Prior to my startup, I worked in financial services for 10 years in the City of London
I believe sales and marketing is an artificial division and that it should be seen as one process from demand gen, to lead gen through to transaction completion and post sales contact. I also have deep expertise in Account Management, as crucial interface between a company and its customers especially in B2B where I was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with large institutions and multinational companes.

I regard HR as strategic and continued to headup the recruitment process as I saw hiring the right people as crucial.
