Getting answers to these questions is a good start... How do you build a website that can get you started, not to the finish line but just get started? What's important in the early days of your startup?
What is the problem you are solving? Do you know how to get access to your target customer? Do you know your target customer? What is the fastest/cheapest/best way to go to market?
Who do you go after first? Can you access another companies customer base via partnership? There is a lot to choose from and you need to know your priorities from day one.

Mike is giving me solid advice on how to get started working with developers to build a website. He's able to speak from his past experience, in which he has spearheaded web applications. The result is step-by-step guidance.

In this session we discussed working with designers to develop the site layout and to begin building a brand. Mike followed up by e-mailing me links to relevant articles that further emphasize his guidance. I recommend Mike for any non-developers who want a website..
