Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

I've worked with a global consultancy to bring OKRs to my US Top-20 financial institution, and have been supporting the implementation for the past year.

I handle all aspects of OKRs, from initial implementation design, through rollout, training, coaching, mentoring, and supporting Agile Scrum and Kanban teams through the entire OKR cycle.

I help teams identify the full strategy stack from Mission through daily activities, and match goal-setting with Health Metric KPIs.

As a member of the OKR Coaches Network I coach business and Product leaders at large organizations

I've written extensively on my observations coaching at the intersection of OKRs, Agile, and Legacy Enterprises across LinkedIn, Medium, and Twitter.

I'm a 20+ year Tech consulting veteran, and hold several OKRs Training certifications.
