MenuI Will Give Advice on Value Proposition Design and Business Model Canvas
Created 6 years ago in Product & Design / Lean Startup
Value Proposition Design in the sense of the VPD work by the the creators of the Business Model Canvas. I was invited by Coursera's Business Model Canvas course to be a mentor and continue to improve my learnings around the Canvas. One thing in advance — if you are serious about your entrepreneurial effort — the canvas seems simple but it's more work then doing a whole business plan of the old days. The business model canvas, in reality, is more like a tool and a door to so many interactions; thus is not a do once and it's done. It's highly interactive process and it's not guaranteed that you will have good results. The result of doing properly a canvas process can be, in the end of the day (or months, or years), the truth.
