Molecular geneticist and genomicist with fifteen years of research experience spanning medical parasitology, infectious-disease genomics and molecular biology, trained and appointed at three medical faculties: the Department of
Parasitology and the Frontier Science Research Center, Faculty of Medicine, University of Miyazaki (Japan), and currently the Department of Biochemistry within the Medical Sciences Division, University of Oxford (UK).
