Working With Adobe FrameMaker

Matt is incredibly fluent in all things Adobe. I hired Matt to train my team on FrameMaker and RoboHelp. We loved him! He provided customized training geared directly for our needs, giving us hands-on training within our own doc set. During the training, he gave us excellent template design advice, to streamline our authoring and document development processes. Additionally, when we ran into RoboHelp problems, Matt was incredibly responsive and helped us meet tight deadlines. Matt exceeded all of our expectations and his sense of humor makes learning fun. Matt is a fabulous public speaker. His presentations are informative, educational, fun and interactive. Last night's presentation at the OCSTC was no exception!

One highlight for me was learning why my software programs always ask me if I want to "edit the original" AND finding out I had been giving the wrong answer for years. Now that I know better, I am sure my images will improve. I also learned where an elusive Photoshop command is that I had sought for years and saw some tricks in Captivate and InDesign that I can't wait to try.

If the topic (aka article, presentation, training class, etc.) has to do with graphics in any way...Matt should certainly be the first one you call!

We hired Matt through roundpeg to help us develop FrameMaker templates and the experience has been wonderful. He really listened to our objectives and made thoughtful suggestions that improved our documentation process. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about FrameMaker and would outline all my options and make a recommendation, but would ultimately respect whatever I felt was best for our organization. Instead of making my requested changes and sending them to me, he would set up online meetings so I could learn how to maintain the templates myself.
