Mattias is a great colleague and a true professional.
He's always clear in his communication, especially towards other groups within the company. Even though his work is very technical, he'll always make his message clear and understandable to those with less technical skills than him.
He's very dedicated to his work and truly has the company's and the customer's best interest at heart.
I have been working with Mattias for the last 2 years and it has been great collaboration. Clear communication, great ideas and the results we want/expect. He helps us look for creative solutions inside our budget and is also good in passing on his knowledge and skills. I look forward to continuing to work with Mattias.
Source: LinkedIn Christophe Van Durme Sep 30, 2013Mattias is not just your grownup whizkid around the corner (although he's likely to beat him in every technology related field), he's a professional and driven computer whisperer who manages to fix the seemingly impossible in the tightest of timespans. I worked together with him on several website oriented projects where he provided the backbone structure whereas I was responsible for the interface. Never did anything had to change on my side because it was impossible. He doesn't know this last word. Mattias is a highly recommended business partner!
Source: LinkedIn Jonas Elslander Sep 30, 2013I've known Mattias for some time. Besides being a good friend, I can say he is a great guy to work with on a project. We went to college, did many projects together and you could always count on him to get the job done. Never afraid to do some serious digging into a problem and coming up with the solution.
Now he is my contact at Nucleus when we have problems with our servers hosted there. When problems occur, Mattias finds fast and accurate solutions. He clearly knows what he's talking about and you can rest assured that it will be fixed!
Mattias has been my primary contact when stumbling upon issues. He always took charge of the matter that ended in fast and great results. I could always count on his support whenever needed.
Mattias is just someone who get things done!
Mattias is the tech guy that everyone would want on his team: great in-depth knowledge of just about any subject I ask him about, a spirit to always do what is needed and the mentality to go that extra mile, as well for his collegues as his customers. Even if it isn't required, he always manages to get things done faster and in more detail, in the most complex and stressfull situations. A valued backbone member of the technical staff, an enthousiastic collegue, and after almost 2 years, also a good friend.
Source: LinkedIn Mark De Saeger Sep 30, 2013After working with Mattias for almost 2 years I can say he is the guy you want in your IT team. Mattias is dedicated to his job, always ready to help his collegues/clients and will not hesitate to drill down on a problem until a solution has been found!
Source: LinkedIn Wouter Sergeyssels Sep 30, 2013The clear communication and the fast reactions on problems makes Mathias a key external contact in our growth. We really like the way he handles our questions, organises his follow-up.
Keep up the good work !
