As the Principal of SHRP Limited, Matthew Savino, has 20 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources and Labour Relations management as a Director and Vice-President of Human Resources for a number of Canadian and International businesses. Matthew holds degrees in Economics (B.A.) and Law (LL.B.) as well as certificates in Dispute Resolution & Mediation, and is a certified Leadership Development Trainer. He has been sought for opinions and view on emerging HR issues and has been interviewed and quoted in media such as the Financial Post, as well as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Magazine, the world’s largest HR membership organization devoted to human resources issues.
