A tenacious business builder with over 20 years experience. Former Innovation Director at Oxford Innovation in the UK; helped dozens of Small businesses to find breakthrough growth strategies. Started and ran my own mobile commerce business where I outgunned billion $ competitors to win contracts.
As an advisor I bring energy, and big vision with realism gained through experience. I get a kick out of creatively building profitable businesses with very limited resources; out maneuvering competitors by finding and paying attention to deep customer insights as well as deploying frugal, iterative and measurable strategies.
I will challenge you to think more creatively and a lot bigger, to see the full potential of your business and set out the steps needed to get there.
I am also big on financial discipline, team empowerment and dealing with co founder/ business partner conflicts.
