Source: Clarity Sacha Fontaine Mar 12, 2014Matt is very sharp and provided excellent insight as well as introductions to continue the discussion. Matt helped me hone in on my question and delivered results on our call. I highly recommend spending the time to talk with Matt and subscribing to his newsletter.

Source: LinkedIn Jared Asch May 3, 2013I was first introduced to Matthew in 2004 through a mutual friend. Matthew struck me immediately as unusually bright and intuitive. I have since had the opportunity to get to know Matthew very well, on both a personal and professional basis. There are many words which describe Matthew well: passionate, intelligent, profound, thoughful, committed, honest, and interesting, to mention a few. But to really know Matthew requires meeting him. The experience of knowing him, or working with him cannot be put easily to words -- you have to experience it for yourself. I have personally had the fortune of being coached by Matthew, and I am far better for it. He has the unique skill of truly, deeply listening. And he knows, too how to reflect back to you what you can't see yourself. It may sound simple, but its not. Matthew is a great guy with a special, highly valuable combination of coaching and leadership skills that I would encourage all to seek out.
Source: LinkedIn John Tullis May 3, 2013We were first referred to Matthew as far back as 1998 as a person to keep an eye on as an up and coming fast tracker. More recently, the head of strategy at a very large logistics company and a senior director of finance with one of the largecap consumer products companies also referred us to Matthew. His Results Management Group has a focus on dramatically impacting bottom line business results by creating organizational environments in which people thrive. He appears to be especially good at identifying: barriers to alignment, including incentive programs and processes, listening issues, training differences, right/wrong thinking and cultural beliefs about what's "right." He has had some significant successes with some of the companies we are aware of as clients, assisting in significantly increasing the size of one company and improving job satisfaction and productivity in another, renewing vision and inspiration in another. Often his insights lead to people moving to a different job where they can align and perform better. He appears to be very good at listening to his executive clients and identifying areas of potential improvement and then working with them to achieve those goals. Although we havent worked directly with Matthew, we have been very impressed with Matthew’s abilities and have referred him to several clients.
Source: LinkedIn Bay Elliott May 3, 2013Matthew was a consultant to my company's executive team, which included myself. His work profoundly shifted my own thinking about my role in the company, how I contributed to the company's environment and how I could affect the company through my own actions and attitudes.
Matthew surprised everyone on our team by his ability to get buy-in from even the most cynical participants. By the end of Day 1, even they were invested in the work. And by the end of Day 2, we were all spending time on the work he laid out for us.
Source: LinkedIn Rochelle Broder-Singer May 3, 2013I highly recommend Matthew as an Executive Coach. I have been working with him for only a few months and yet have already experienced a significant, positive change in myself and how I view my career. He helps to foster break through thinking and has a consistent message that has been very useful in the office as well as in my personal life.
