Military Experience Public Speaking Overcoming Adversities Leadership Traits and Principles/Military Leadership Development
Throughout my professional journey in both the military and public sector, I have demonstrated effective leadership skills by guiding and directing groups and individuals towards the successful completion of tasks or missions, while also exhibiting proficiency in the art of public speaking. As an individual, I have facilitated the professional growth of my subordinates by imparting public speaking techniques and other relevant skills. This has enabled them to enhance their self-assurance and knowledge in the domain of public speaking, thereby expanding their career prospects.
During my tenure in the military, I successfully undertook a multitude of leadership and team-building courses with the aim of enhancing my personal and subordinate's capabilities. Following my tenure in the Marine Corps, I cultivated a fervent interest in leadership and subsequently participated in workshops that augmented my understanding of fundamental principles and core values. I enrolled in college with the aim of refining my skills in leadership. Presently, I endeavor to assist individuals or groups in enhancing their resilience, self-esteem, determination, attitude, humility, and confidence to advance and develop in their professional or personal domains to the best of my ability.
