Matthew is a critical part of our international brain trust, the key figure for our executive director.

He undertakes projects of his own initiative and works with all of our departments to frequently strategize, plan and to endlessly troubleshoot.

He is one of our two most valuable players.

Matthew is a talented guy. He gets the job done. He's brief and to the point but he doesn't leave anything out. He is the perfect fit for his current CIO position within International Profs. I have been with IPP for over a year and have seen the volunteers come and go and change titles and misunderstand their roles. Not long after he joined IPP, it was clear Matthew was the easy choice for leading us, and he's done a heck of a job ever since!
