Mason is an excellent professional, he is always willing to teach and mentor the people he has in charge. I had a high benefit by being managed by Mason, most of the technical details I learned were because of him. He is a really easy person to work with, if I'll have the pleasure to work with him again I would not hesitate to do it again.
