I have worked in the corporate industry for 22 years. Of those 16 have been in middle and senior leadership positions and 2 in a junior leadership position. Without wanting to toot my own horn, I must say that my greatest strength in my career so far has been my leadership skills. I build teams where people want to do what they are supposed to do. I always say that my biggest failure as a leader would be to create an environment where people do not look forward to coming to work. So far, I haven't failed. If you want advise on how to build a strong team, how to inspire people for results, how to get your team to trust you, how to build a cohesive team and anything in between that makes people deliver results and remain engaged, I am your go to person. I will give you insights to help you lead with results (and hopefully without too much pain).
