Mark and I co-authored the Job Instruction Training Participant's Manual, a result of our research into TWI J-skills. We have known each other for several years now and can say with certainty that Mark is my goto mentor. Mark is head and shoulders above the rest because he possesses a deep understanding and proper use of TWI style skills in organizations. His creativity, intellect and ability to translate tools and principles into business practice and systems for your management team would be an extreme benefit to your improvement plan.

Mark and I have been working on, researching, and sharing lean knowledge together for nearly a decade. Mark is one of the most passionate and relentless lean thinkers I know. He is very knowledgeable and has done a significant amount of firsthand research into a variety of lean topics – especially TWI and Henry Ford. Mark is a regular presenter at the TWI Summit, and has been a great resource for me for my own research.

Mark and I met three years ago at a conference in Russia where we were both presenting, and have been communicating regularly since then. Besides being practical minded, he is a fount of knowledge about Lean and manufacturing, and loves sharing it, as he has shown by his initiative of making the original TWI documents available on line.

Mark is a knowledgeable, no-nonsense man who knows both the "textbook" theories of manufacturing and their "real life" applications. I recommend him for solving whatever problems your manufacturing floor is experiencing.
