Starting With Product Management in a Startup

I've been doing product management for 7 years in 6 different startups in Helsinki and Berlin. I've seen how startup teams of 5, 10, 30 and 200 do product management and derived a lot of learnings that I think can be applied cross-industry. I've been a co-founder twice and also coached/mentored startup founders about product management.

I can explain clearly what product management is about and how that applies to startups who are looking to build their product management organisation from scratch.
