I've worked with Mark in a several capacities over the years and each time Mark has accelerated my development as a leader and also as a father and husband.
As an one-on-one coach and mentor, Mark has helped me to overcome blocks that I couldn't even see myself, and to live life as I've always wanted to live it.

Mark seems to see the world through a different lens than most people I've met. It allows him to spot patterns that are invisible to the rest of us--patterns of interaction, authority, conduct, function. Things that matter in organizations. He offers models for how teams can work that are both novel and ancient. Novel, in that I don't hear people in business thinking and talking this way, and ancient in that they derive from long-lived indigenous cultures and from nature itself. I have learned much from him and would love to see more corporate leadership teams adopt his way of thinking.
