Having started as an Executive coach training middle and upper level managers to do presentations and communicate with authority, Mark was hired as the Director of Training for a renowned International skincare company.
Subsequently, after getting laid off at Sleepys, as had the entire 32-member training department, Mark's first move was to hire a career coach.
