I'd love to talk with you about Lean Healthcare challenges you might be facing or how to create a culture of continuous improvement through "Kaizen." I'm also a skilled problem solver and coach on root cause analysis, "5 whys," and other approaches that are applicable to software companies, startups, and other types of businesses. I'm currently involved with a cloud-based software startup of my own, KaiNexus.
