I worked with him on several projects during our start at FactSet and enjoyed his input to the group projects. He is keen to put his ideas into practice and express his thoughts regarding the project. However, he is still good at listening to other peoples inputs and not shy to alter his opinions. To me he seems to poses leadership qualities and could in the future foresee him taking on extensive management roles.
