Mark Winters is one of the best CEO I have worked under. We were a small group in Prediction Analytics developing a new product for Market Planning with every employee responsible for their niche. Mark Winters successfully took us from a start-up to a division under Experian Business Strategies. His vision and direction grew us from 8 to 25 employee department under Experian. His style of leadership makes everyone feel important, a part of the team and exicted about the work they are doing. Mark was one of the many VP's of Product that I deal with at HNC, There were 43 products at that time in the company. The VP's of Product had to compete for time and attention with the sales teams. Mark was always one of the most well prepared product leaders. Mark provided the sales teams with easy to understand sales tools, was clear in his product value proposition and was always available to me and the other sales teams, as we prepared world wide sales forecasts on a product by product basis. To boot, Mark was extremely easy to work with and you could always go to him with any question and receive a quick, prompt and "spot on" accurate response.
