Created brand copy guidelines and implemented communication delivery across all channels. Lead the social media team, creating and implementing a data-driven strategy which increased transactions from paid ads by 155% and boosted organic engagement by 34%.
Generation UK (2020–2022)

Created and implemented entire marketing strategy for the charity which directly led to the opening of 3 new regional branches. Grew social following by 500% in six months and helped triple applicant numbers through authentic, community-led storytelling.
Nium (2023–2025)
External Communications Manager
Increased LinkedIn impressions by 555% and reactions by 1630%, building a strong investor-focused brand voice. However, the true win for my work with Nium happened behind the scenes. Using Linkedin's powerful sales navigator tools combined with a breakthrough rebrand of the organisation, I connected Nium to customers, investors and employees who directly contributed to the funding and massive growth of the start-up, whilst becoming a well recognised and memorable player in the sustainable start-up space.
