If you’re feeling overwhelmed, carrying more than you can easily explain, or simply need a space to slow down and think clearly, you’re not alone.
I provide trauma-informed, one-on-one support to help you process what you’re experiencing in a calm, grounded, and non-judgmental way. You don’t need to have the right words or know where to begin.
As a Certified Hypnotherapist, I integrate decades of experience in grief, human expression, and body-centered support, allowing me to recognize both what is spoken and what may be held beneath the surface.
My role is not to diagnose or provide clinical treatment, but to offer focused, supportive guidance that helps you:
• Feel heard and understood
• Settle your nervous system
• Gain clarity around your situation
• Move forward with more steadiness and confidence
Through deep empathetic listening and body-centered sensitivity, I help you gently work through what may feel difficult to express or process alone.
I also work in collaboration with and by referral from physicians, psychologists, and psychiatrists, complementing ongoing care where appropriate.
This is a space for thoughtful conversation, clarity, and support at your pace.
If ongoing hypnotherapy support is needed, sessions can be arranged separately.
