Advice on Building a Content Marketing Program From the Ground Up

I'm regularly speaking a conferences on the topic of content marketing and lead generation. I've built two successful programs from the ground up. One at IBM, SecurityIntelligence.com, generating upwards of $50M in opportunities for the business. Another one at HPE (formerly HP), TechBeacon.com. I'm currently the editor-in-chief and program director there managing a team of 10 employees and hundreds of freelance writers and experts. We've published 600+ articles in less than a year and we're now generating 4000+ marketing qualified leads (MQLs) each month all organically (no paid media at all).
