Marcelo was an incredibly reliable colleague and friend. His ability to think mechanically + his curiosity and interest in technology makes him the perfect IT Engineer in any position. For me he started out as a technical support engineer and was able to single handedly resolve issues and provide a level of customer service that was irreplaceable.
