Startup Early Stage Operations Strategy

I have been working for startups and scale-ups and have a strong track record in (1) customer development testing initial startup hypotheses, (2) building operational processes from scratch in new businesses, (3) Go-To-Market strategy.

I gained this expertise through working for large ride-sharing marketplaces in expansion and new launches, SaaS and logistics startups, and e-commerce tech companies: Bolt, DiDi, Stuart, TikTok.

I am also a seasonal entrepreneur with 1 successful exit in EdTech, so I know how to start an own startup / venture.
