I co-founded and acted as CEO at ITCraftship, which Nursa, Inc. acquired in April 2023. Currently, I work as a Principal Engineer at Nursa after the acquisition. Previously a Senior Software Engineering Manager and Startup Mentor at WeWork with over 19 years of experience in software & product development. I built and helped to scale digital products for both startups and enterprises. I'm also a remote work enthusiast, and I hosted a podcast called "IT Crafts HR," where I discussed HR in remote companies with my guests.
