Building and Recruiting an Incredible Engineering Team

Mahmoud is a top-notch engineering talent. He brings with him not only an impressive toolbox of engineering skills but he possesses the soft-skills we often don't see in engineers.

I worked with Mahmoud on a project where he delivered quality code, all-the-while being time-sensitive and customer-focused. He is able to think outside-of-the-box to originate solutions that meet the needs of the client. I'd be happy to work with Mahmoud again.

Passion may be the best word to describe Mahmoud. Once he is on something, he gives it his all.

Without Mahmoud's dedication, Milo would have a much more limited set of data than it currently does. Mahmoud constantly tackled the ingestion of massive new data feeds, and was essential to turning around data requests and integrating Milo's distribution partners. Even though Mahmoud was often over-tasked by day with other Milo engineering tasks, he took it upon himself to make feeds and partner requests his second full time job by night.

And when he wasn't at Milo, which was fairly uncommon, he was an awesome person to hang out with, due to his being well-versed on topics as diverse as penny stocks and drum & base music.

Mahmoud is one of the sharpest Software Engineers/Problem solvers I have ever worked with. He has a passion for excellence in the workplace and has a consistently pleasant and easy-to-work-with attitude. He is a natural leader and does not mind coming up with innovative solutions to problems, i.e. thinking outside of the box. Mahmoud is sure to make a positive and significant impact on whatever project he works on.
